3 dead, 2 missing after group of tubers go over Duke Energy dam near North Carolina-Virginia border

A 14-year-old girl is among the three people dead after a group of tubers went over a dam along the Dan River, authorities said. A 7-year-old boy and 30-year-old woman remain missing.
