N.Y.C. Restaurants Cheer the Lifting of an Indoor Vaccine Mandate

Starting Monday the city will no longer require patrons in restaurants, bars and gyms and other places indoors to show proof of vaccination, part of a rollback that includes lifting the mask requirement in public schools.
