Shooting at Williamsburg’s D & G Deli captured on video
Video captured the horrible incident, which occurred Tuesday night at D & G Deli on Division Avenue in Williamsburg
An 18-year-old a month away from attending college in Boston on scholarship was among two men shot and wounded at a deli in Brooklyn… The man, identified by a cousin as Jordan Byrdsell, was shot three times in the chest while he was out getting a few items at the D&G Deli Grocery in Williamsburg about 7 p.m. on Tuesday. Another man, a 46-year-old, was grazed by a bullet in the back inside the deli on Division Avenue in Williamsburg, according to officials.
The motive to the shooting wasn’t clear Wednesday morning, but police do not believe there was a robbery involved. They say they are looking for at least two suspects.
Footage from the deli shows two men in ski masks walk into the store and exchange words with Byrdsell. One of the men then pulls out a gun and shoots the teen in the chest.Byrdsell was taken to an area hospital and is listed in critical condition, authorities said. The other victim is in stable condition.
